Նախագծով առաջարկվում է Շուկայի վերասհոկղության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից իրականացվող` ռիսկի վրա հիմնված ստուգումների մեթոդաբանությունում զբոսաշրջության գործունեության բնագավառի մասով սահմանել ոլորտային ռիսկի հաշվարկման միավոր, ինչը թույլ կտա Շուկայի վերասհոկղության տեսչական մարմնին այդ բնագավառում պլանավորել իր տարեկան ստուգումները:
